ACUITY BOOKING SITE POLICIES

1. Information Accuracy

All submitted information must be typed, clear, and accurate. Studio One Nineteen is not responsible for errors in client-provided information.

2. Deposit Policy (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required for your business bookings, the deposit may be:

• A fixed dollar amount, OR
• A percentage of the total service price

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in deposit forfeiture (if deposit-based service).
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may shorten service time to keep the schedule on track.

5. Add-On Services

If your business offers add-ons, client must provide:

• Service name
• Price
• Duration
• Optional description

IMPORTANT NOTE

For safety and privacy, Studio One Nineteen LLC should NOT request login usernames or passwords to PayPal, Stripe, Square, or any other financial platforms.

Instead, the client should:

• Add Studio One Nineteen as a user OR
• Grant access through platform permissions OR
• Handle payments directly on their end

This protects both you and the client legally and financially.
