Terms & Conditions
Studio One Nineteen LLC's Terms and Conditions have been established to protect both you, the valued customer, and myself. Please review these terms and conditions carefully before confirming any payments or transactions.
PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS
Prices are subject to change at any time. Agreed-upon prices between Studio One Nineteen LLC and the client will remain fixed until the completion of the project. All payments are due upfront. If additional services are requested after the initial transaction, an invoice will be emailed to the customer's chosen email address. Transactions must be completed within 24 hours; otherwise, they will be canceled.
Payment options include Square and WIX payments through a secured system.
Refunds & Cancellations
Studio One Nineteen LLC does not offer refunds unless I am unable to fulfill a project due to personal reasons. A change of heart or choosing another designer will not warrant a refund. Turnaround times are subject to change based on workload.
If payments are made, and the client decides to cancel the order, no refund will be issued, and any artwork created will remain the property of Studio One Nineteen LLC.
Transfer of Service
Purchases or previously purchased specials cannot be transferred for other services. If a service is not used within six months from the purchase date, it will be null and void.
Drafts and Artwork Concepts
Drafts are for approval purposes only. Once drafts are approved verbally or via email, any subsequent errors or changes requested by the customer will incur a reprint fee.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to three revisions per project.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are specified for each service and only include business days. Delays in project completion will be communicated via email.
Design Content
Clients will receive SVG, EPS, PNG, JPEG, and PDF files of top quality.
Content Policy
High-quality content is recommended for projects, including professional pictures. Work created by Studio One Nineteen LLC may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes.
